This class is designed to tighten up your midsection fast. A great way to fit a great workout into your busy schedule. Shirley incorporates the principals of Pilates for this 100% solid core workout! You can’t have a strong back without a strong belly so there’s more than one reason to join us for this quick little ab sculpting routine!

Firm those buns, hips and thighs with this intense butt lifting and leg toning class. We’ve added weights to strengthen and tone the arms too. Get results as you shape your muscles and build strength.

Target the glutes, arms and abs by registering for both Tuesday Abs and Wednesday Buns & Guns. Two quick workouts with remarkable toning and strengthening results!

An energetic class dedicated to the toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements. We will focus on core strengthening as well as quads and hamstrings. Super effective to shape and tone your lower body and midsection.

PILATES BARRE & MAT with PROPS

This class incorporates a barre segment to give you a dynamic cardio workout. Pilates props such as weights, fitness balls, bands and foam rollers are used to help you achieve total body conditioning. The results include a stronger core, improved posture, and increased flexibility. All instructed using classical Pilates moves and smart cuing to ensure you see and feel the results only Pilates can give.
