This class is designed to tighten up your midsection fast. A great way to fit a great workout into your busy schedule. You can’t have a strong back without a strong belly so there’s more than one reason to join us for this quick little ab sculpting routine!

30 Minute Buns

Firm those buns, hips and thighs with this quick, yet intense bootie lifting and leg toning class. Fire up your glutes in a flash using resistance bands and your own body weight to build strength in the largest muscles of your body.

Buns & Bellys

Target those lazy muscles by registering for both Tuesday Abs and Wednesday Buns. Two quick workouts with remarkable results. BAM! Done before dinner!

Stability Ball Conditioning

The primary benefit of exercising with the stability ball is core strength by focusing on the abdominal and back muscles. Using the rehabilitative principals of Pilates, this class is gentle on the joints and designed to challenge the whole body. The exercises create stability, help the fascia to release, and get the deep supporting muscles of the spine to activate. You’ll improve balance, rotation, and posture as you gain strength and range of motion.

Flow, Strength & Stretch

This class draws from the principals of Pilates and Yoga focusing on concentration, breath and muscles to create a head to toe exercise experience. Improve your mind and body connection as you gain balance, flexibility and strength. Breathe, stretch and move to relaxing music and leave refreshed, stress free and stronger.

Pilates With Props

Pilates is mindful movement. This class progresses you through the exercises using props including the foam roller, resistance band, fitness circle, balls, barres, and hand weights. You will gain strength and improve flexibility and posture. We teach correct positioning and muscle focus to sculpt your body and we offer modifications to challenge every fitness level. The results are balanced muscular strength and a toned body.

$12 Drop-in is only available if a class reaches its minimum number of registered participants.
