This class is designed to tighten up your midsection fast. A great way to fit a great workout into your busy schedule. Shirley incorporates the principals of Pilates for this 100% solid core workout! You can’t have a strong back without a strong belly so there’s more than one reason to join us for this quick little ab sculpting routine!

Bring a mat and water.

Buns & Guns

Firm those buns, hips and thighs with this intense butt lifting and leg toning class. We’ve added weights to strengthen and tone the arms too. The Pilates principles of movement are maintained so you get noticeable results as you shape your muscles and build strength.

Buns & Guns With Guts

Target the glutes (buns), arms (guns) and core (guts) by registering for both Tuesday Abs and Wednesday Buns & Guns. Two quick workouts with remarkable toning and strengthening results for a full body workout!

Breath, Stretch and Movement

Improve circulation, flexibility, and functional movement! Our bodies have distinct functional movements such as push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, rotation, and gait. In this class we explore each. The focus is on connecting the breath to movement, stretching, and body flow from static holds for strength. We finish with slow, steady compressions to release the fascia and ease tension using the foam roller and tennis ball. This relaxing, yet energizing class will be held outside to enjoy the fresh air and quiet serenity.

Pilates Barre

A challenging blend of ballet inspired moves and Pilates’ mat fundamentals that includes the utilization of ballet barres, bands, and balls to help you sculpt a strong and balanced body. The results include a stronger core, improved posture, and muscular endurance. All instructed using functional Pilates moves and precise cueing to ensure you feel the results Pilates can give.

Pilates with Props

A total body workout using Pilates props such as weights, fitness balls, bands and foam rollers to help you move and function at your best. The results include a stronger core, improved posture, and increased mobility, flexibility and strength. All instructed using functional Pilates moves and precise cueing to ensure you
feel the results Pilates can give.

$12 Drop-in is only available if a class reaches its minimum number of registered participants.
