This class is designed to tighten up your midsection fast. A great way to fit a great workout into your busy schedule. Shirley incorporates the principals of Pilates for this 100% solid core workout! You can’t have a strong back without a strong belly so there’s more than one reason to join us for this quick little ab sculpting routine!

TUESDAYS – 4:45-6:15 pm (15 minute break between classes)

Chisel your abs in Shirley’s 30 Minute Abs class then rock your cardio in Megan’s Pound class. Boom! A full body back-to-back workout! Bring a mat and water.

Buns & Guns

Firm those buns, hips and thighs with this intense butt lifting and leg toning class. We’ve added weights to strengthen and tone the arms too. The Pilates principles of movement are maintained so you get noticeable results as you shape your muscles and build strength.

Buns & Guns With Guts

Target the glutes (buns), arms (guns) and core (guts) by registering for both Tuesday Abs and Wednesday Buns & Guns. Two quick workouts with remarkable toning and strengthening results for a full body workout!

Pilates for Sport

This exercise program is designed specifically for active adults to improve your game. The emphasis is on shoulders, hips, lower back, and abs. You will develop core strength, improve rotation, gain flexibility, and increase your balance, stability, and concentration. Great for golf, tennis, kayak, and ball sports.

Pilates Barre

A challenging blend of ballet inspired moves and Pilates’ mat fundamentals that includes the utilization of ballet barres, bands, and balls to help you sculpt a strong and balanced body. The results include a stronger core, improved posture, and muscular endurance. All instructed using functional Pilates moves and precise cueing to ensure you feel the results Pilates can give. Classes held at the Ellen Street Campus dance room.

Stability Ball Training

The primary benefit of exercising with the stability ball is core strength by focusing on the abdominal and back muscles. Each week you’ll learn, and practice exercises designed to improve posture, gain strength, and get the deep supporting muscles of the spine to activate. Smaller class size to give you more individualized instruction.

Pilates for Golf

This unique FITNESS WORKSHP is designed specifically for you with emphasis on the elements of a great golf swing.

Focus is on the shoulders, hips, lower back and abs. You will learn and perform core EXERCISES & STRECHES to improve rotations, gain flexibility, and increase your balance, stability, and concentration to improve your game.

$25 per person per class

All fitness programs are Ages 13 & up unless otherwise noted. Participants under 18 must have a registered, participating parent taking the class with them.

$12 Drop-in is only available if a class reaches its minimum number of registered participants.
