Morning Yoga

Start your day with a yoga flow tying your breath to movement with traditional yoga postures. The focus will be on stretching and strengthening through a creative series of postures. Yoga reduces stress, creates flexibility, and improves mental clarity.

This class is perfect for all levels.

Chair Yoga

This practice is performed sitting in a chair. It can provide greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, increased energy, and circulation, reduces stress, and improves mental clarity. For those who can’t get on a traditional mat, chair yoga can offer wonderful health benefits. Great for our seniors and wheelchair bound residents too.

Hatha Yoga

A mindful approach combining gentle yoga with breathing which helps bring peace to the mind and body. Tom has been teaching since 1998 and is nationally registered and  certified in multiple styles. This class is for all levels where you will learn basic yoga poses and perform refreshingly long holds. Yoga will improve respiration, flexibility and give you more energy and vitality while increasing circulatory health.

Thursdays: 7:00 – 8:00pm

Let’s Begin Again Yoga

As we transition into a new year with hopes of rebuilding connection and community, let’s return to our yoga mats with openness and curiosity. Using asana and mindfulness this class will take you back to the basics as we move and breathe our way toward progressively building strength and flexibility. Let’s see where we are and Begin Again!

Yoga For Your Lifestyle

Do you suffer from tech neck and a stiff, achy back? Join us for a class developed to combat stress and lifestyle habits. You’ll learn and perform practical exercise routines with tips you can easily build into your hectic schedule. No previous yoga experience is required. This class will show you the benefits of a regular yoga practice in your life for long-term well-being and vitality as you witness the transformation within you.

Slow Flow Yoga

Combine breathing with flowing postures with this _ slow vinyasa style practice designed to bring balance. Kathy slows things down to relax the nervous system while incorporating strength building poses to make you stronger both mentally and physically. A perfect way to wind down after a long day.

Slow Flow & Hatha Yoga

Double your evening practice and register for Tuesday and Thursday classes. Vinyasa puts the flow in your yoga practice and Hatha puts the slow. Build mindfulness and strength twice a week with breath work to calm the mind.

Tuesdays: 6:45pm and Thursdays: 7:00pm
