Awaken your mind and body!  Yoga’s postures and mindful movements are said to reduce stress and bring about physical and health benefits. An excellent workout, the movements build strength, flexibility and focus.  Yoga practice is for all ages and fitness levels.

Morning Yoga

Start your day with a yoga flow tying your breath to movement with traditional yoga postures. The focus will be on stretching and strengthening through a creative series of postures. Yoga reduces stress, creates flexibility, and improves mental clarity.

This class is perfect for all levels.

Mondays and/or Fridays at 9:30 – 10:30am

Hatha Yoga

A mindful approach combining gentle yoga with breathing which helps bring peace to the mind and body. Tom has been teaching since 1998 and is nationally registered and  certified in multiple styles. This class is for all levels where you will learn basic yoga poses and perform refreshingly long holds. Yoga will improve respiration, flexibility and give you more energy and vitality while increasing circulatory health.

Thursdays 7:00 – 8:00pm

$80 Residents/$90 Non-residents per 8 week session
