Stay Fit All Year! SLPR has a range of classes. There’s everything from relaxing YOGA to exhilarating POUND to energizing ZUMBA and BARRE to body toning PILATES . Whether you are a beginner or experienced, we have something that’s right for you. Including the interval training of Tabata and STRONG by Zumba!

Pre-registration is required. Classes must have a minimum number of registered participants to run.

DROP IN  IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE CLASS RUNS so watch for cancellations. Don’t let your favorite class get cancelled. Register Online now.

All fitness programs are Ages 13 & up unless otherwise noted. Participants under 18 must have a registered, participating parent taking the class with them.

$12 Drop-in is only available if a class reaches its minimum number of registered participants.
