Fitness Yoga

Kid’s Yoga & Mindfulness

This engaging and playful yoga class is designed especially for elementary aged-children! They will learn yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress.
Music and games will be incorporated. Our goal is for your child to feel calm, centered and mindful at the end of each class. Children will follow the instructor to the classroom right after school is dismissed.

Yin Yoga

Start your day with moving meditation using your breath and gentle yoga postures to find calm. The focus is on alignment, energy flow in the body and mindfulness. Find your peace.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is for everybody. No need to be fit, flexible, or have prior yoga experience. This is an introductory level course and performed sitting in a chair. For those who can’t get on the traditional mat, chair yoga can offer wonderful health benefits. It provides greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, increased energy, and help alleviate joint pain from arthritis. It also reduces stress and improves mental clarity. This class is perfect for our wheelchair bound participants of all ages and excellent for our seniors too.

Kids Yoga

A unique inter-active yoga experience just for kids where they will enjoy music, games, and gentle yoga postures as they exercise, bond and relax in a fun atmosphere.

Vinyasa Yoga

A powerful and energetic flow that connects breath and movement while incorporating a variety of postures. This class will work your entire body starting with a warm up followed by a series of yoga postures flowing from one to the next. You will leave this class feeling re-energized and re-centered!

Hatha Yoga

A Mindful approach combining gentle yoga with breathing which helps bring peace to the mind and body. Tom has been teaching since 1998 and is nationally registered and certified in multiple styles. This class is for all levels where you will learn basic yoga poses and perform refreshingly long holds. Yoga will improve respiration, flexibility and give you more energy and vitality while it increases circulatory health.

$12 Drop-in is only available if a class reaches its minimum number of registered participants.
