Hatha Yoga – will return in the Fall

Improve respiration, flexibility and have more energy and vitality. Relieve stress with this no impact, gentle form of toning and stretching.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is for everybody. No need to be fit, flexible, or have prior yoga experience. This is an introductory level course and performed sitting in a chair. For those who can’t get on the traditional mat, chair yoga can offer wonderful health benefits. It provides greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, increased energy, and help alleviate joint pain from arthritis. It also reduces stress and improves mental clarity. This class is perfect for our wheelchair bound participants of all ages and excellent for our seniors too. Register for twice a week and save.

Family Yoga – will return in the Fall

Make this your family fun night!! You and your family can enjoy music, games, and gentle yoga postures as you exercise, bond and relax in a fun atmosphere. Parents, grandparents, and kids participate together. All ages welcome. Bring a mat or beach towel.

Non-Residents: $110 /family of 4
Add $5 for each additional family member

Yin Yoga

Start your day with complete mindfulness. Yin yoga is known as ‘moving meditation’ using your breath and gentle yoga postures to find calmness. The focus is on physical alignment, energy flow in the body, a peaceful attitude, and mindful body awareness. The benefits are reduced stress, mental clarity, inner peace, and greater flexibility. This class is for everybody.

Take Two On Tuesday

Chisel your abs in Shirley’s 30 Minute Abs class then stretch and strengthen your entire body in Megan’s Vinyasa Yoga Flow. It’s intense, energizing, and relaxing all in one fantastic 90 minute workout.

Join Cheri Schultz, RYT on warm Summer evenings for relaxing slow flow yoga at peaceful Bush Park located on north Leroy street in Fenton. Cross the bridge and meet on the lawn. Park in the lot on N. Leroy.
