Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and meditative experience with our Sound Bath class. This unique session uses the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to create a calming atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace.

Hatha Yoga – will return in the Fall
A Mindful approach combining gentle yoga with breathing which helps bring peace to the mind and body. This class is for all levels where you will learn basic yoga poses and perform refreshingly long holds. Yoga will improve respiration, flexibility and give you more energy and vitality while it increases circulatory health. Relieve stress with this no impact, gentle form of muscle toning and stretching. Bring a mat and water

Morning Yoga
Start your day with a yoga flow tying your breath to movement with traditional yoga postures. The focus will be on stretching and strengthening through a creative series of postures. Yoga reduces stress, creates flexibility, and improves mental clarity. This class is perfect for all levels.

Slow Flow Yoga
Combine breathing with flowing postures with this _ slow vinyasa style practice designed to bring balance. Kathy slows things down to relax the nervous system while incorporating strength building poses to make you stronger both mentally and physically. A perfect way to wind down after a long day.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa flow is referred to as a power practice and emphasizes the sequential movement from one posture to another, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This practice becomes moving meditation that creates strength, fluidity, and freedom in the body and mind.

Restorative/Lifestyle Yoga – will return this Fall
Using safe, gentle and bio-mechanically sound exercises combined with breath awareness you will experience the life-changing benefits of a slow yoga practice. Learn to calm the nervous system, releasing deeply held tensions in mind and body. Whether you are new to yoga or not, this class is sure to make you feel refreshed as you promote healing and reduce pain all while progressively building strength and flexibility. Take a personal time-out and enjoy true transformation toward long-term well-being.
Evening Yoga x Two
Double up on your evening exercise and get the best of both yoga practices. Register for “Vinyasa” with Megan on Tuesdays for a strengthening flow, and “Slow Flow” with Kathy T. on Wednesdays for slow flowing postures.
