In this one-day workshop you will learn and perform specially formatted PILATES CORE EXERCISES & STRETCHES that can help you drive the ball further and help you to improve your game.
Dress for exercise, bring water and an iron.

In this workshop you will learn and perform specially formatted PILATES CORE EXERCISES & STRETCHES that can help you drive the ball further and help you to improve your game. Instructed by Certified Pilates Trainers. Dress for exercise and bring water and a golf club – an iron.
