Stay Fit All Year! SLPR has a range of classes. There’s everything from relaxing YOGA to exhilarating POUND to energizing ZUMBA to body toning PILATES. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, we have something that’s right for you. Including the interval training of Tabata and STRONG by Zumba and the new Family Yoga and BARRE Intensity!

Pre registration is required. Classes must have a minimum number of registered participants to run.

SLPR has been your premier Pilates resource since 2008. Our certified instructors maintain continuing education to bring you Joseph Pilates’ principals of movement with the most innovative tools taking a contemporary approach to this mind/body exercise method.  Use Pilates to augment all your exercise routines for optimum performance and muscle focus.

Pilates With Props

Pilates is mindful movement. This class progresses you through the exercises using props including the foam roller, resistance band, fitness circle, balls and hand weights. You will gain strength and improve flexibility and posture. We teach correct positioning and muscle focus to sculpt your body and we offer modifications to challenge every fitness level. The results are greater muscular control, balanced muscular strength, and a toned body. You can do more with a strong core!

Pilates On The Ball

The primary benefit of exercising with the stability ball is improved core strength by focusing on the abdominal and back muscles. Using the principals of Pilates, this class is designed to work the whole body as it gets the deep supporting muscles of the spine to activate. You’ll improve balance and gain strength in your arms, legs, back and abs. It’s just a fun way to workout!

This class is designed to tighten up your midsection fast. A great way to fit a great workout into your busy schedule. You can’t have a strong back without a strong belly so there’s more than one reason to join us for this quick little ab sculpting routine!

Firm those buns, hips and thighs with this quick, yet intense bootie lifting and leg toning class. Fire up your glutes in a flash using resistance bands and your own body weight to build strength in the largest muscles of your body.
