Zumba
Zumba is a dance fitness party combining Latin rhythm and hip-hop style to a catching beat. It’s interval training with alternating fast and slow rhythms to burn off extra calories. Our instructors bring the fun with party lights and contagious energy making this class exercise in disguise. No dance experience is necessary.

Cardio Drumming – *NEW*
Using a stability ball, drumsticks, and upbeat music, you’ll combine rhythm, movement, and cardio for an energizing, stress-busting workout. It’s fun, easy to follow, and a great way to improve coordination, burn calories, and let loose. No experience or equipment needed. Get ready to rock your fitness! Class size is limited to 10 so register early!

WERQ! Cardio Dance
An upbeat, high-energy workout set to your favorite pop and hip-hop tracks! With simple follow-along moves and an athletic edge, you’ll dance, sweat, and smile through every song. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy and get ready to have fun while building strength and endurance and burning calories!

Take Two On Tuesday
(30 Minute Abs 4:45pm) + (Cardio 5:30pm)
$90 Residents/$100 Non Residents
Chisel your abs in Shirley’s 30 Minute Abs class then rock your cardio in Megan’s Cardio Drumming for Session 1 and Cardio Kick Boxing for Session 2. A head to toe and everything in between full body workout! 15-minute break between classes.
Session 1: 9/9 – 10/21
Session 2: 10/28 – 12/16 (no class 11/25)
Muscle Tone
$56 Residents/$66 Non-residents per 4 week session
Using compound and isolation exercises, this workout pairs weights and reps to build lean muscle mass, muscular endurance and strength. In 30 minutes you will burn body fat as you sculpt and define your arms and legs using weights and bands with controlled, repetitive movements.

Tone Up and then Dance Out with two, back to back energizing and fun workouts with Romina’s Wednesday line up: Muscle Tone followed by Zumba! 15-minute break between classes.
