Middle Eastern Cooking

$20 Material fee paid directly to the instructor at class
Learn the exotic art of Middle Eastern cooking. This class will give you a chance to prepare and savor some of the region’s most vibrant and exciting dishes. Class size is limited to 8, so you will be guided with much attention and detail. Each week we’ll prepare, cook, and taste a new Middle Eastern dish. All food products, and cooking equipment will be provided. Feel free to wear your apron and bring a small container if you wish to take your dish home.
