Latin Dancing Made Simple: Dance In A Day Workshop

Discover how fun and easy Latin dancing can be in this one hour workshop for couples. You’ll learn the basics of Bachata, a smooth and rhythmic Latin dance that’s simple to learn and fun to dance together to Latin music and popular hits on the radio. You’ll also learn a few exciting variations to add style to your dancing and a little extra fun to the evening. This class is beginner-friendly and open to everyone – come get ready for a fun night of music, movement, and connection you can enjoy anywhere: date nights, weddings, parties, vacations, or even your living room.

Line Dancing

Combining various types of music with step-by-step instruction, line dancing is a great way to socialize while being active! You will learn line dances that are being done at clubs, weddings, and country bars. No experience needed—or even workout clothes! Feel free to wear jeans, shorts, boots, or tennis shoes (no sandals or flip/flops for safety). Join us for what will become your favorite night of the week! Exercise has never been this much fun. Dust off those boots and come out to dance!

Line Dancing Pop-Up Class

Cost: $15

Ages: 13 & up
Under 18 must have a registered parent taking the class with them. Grab your friends and join us for a fun one-night Line Dancing Pop-Up Class! Learn a variety of popular line dances with step-by-step instruction in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Whether you’re a beginner or have danced before, this class is a great way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy an evening of music and movement.

No special attire is required, just wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Come ready to dance, laugh, and learn some new moves you’ll be able to use at weddings, parties, and local dance events!

Social Dance Mini-Series

This 3-week mini-series is a fun, beginner-friendly class designed to help couples feel comfortable, confident, and excited about dancing together. You’ll get to try a variety of popular dance styles, including Ballroom, Swing, and Latin, while learning simple steps in a relaxed, encouraging environment. Whether you’re completely new to dancing or just looking for a fun way to connect, this class is a great way to enjoy quality time together, build confidence on the dance floor, and discover which dance styles you enjoy most as a couple.

Halloween Dance Party & Thriller Line Dance Class

Ages: 18+

One Spooktacular Night of Dancing!

Get ready for a frightfully fun evening on the dance floor! We’re kicking off the night with a Halloween-themed line dance lesson inspired by the hit song “Thriller.”

We’ll start with a simple lesson to break down the moves, then you’ll have fun dancing the easy-to-learn routine to music.

After the lesson, the party continues! Stay and enjoy our Halloween Dance Party filled with spooktacular tunes, ghoulish grooves, and plenty of time to dance the night away with your partner and friends.

This is a beginner-friendly, fun-filled event where everyone is welcome—no partner or prior dance experience necessary. Join us for just the “Thriller” line dance or stay for the dance party – it’s up to you!

Costumes or festive colors are encouraged but totally optional.

Join us for a boot-scootin’ good time in the Main Hall of the Fen-ton Community & Cultural Center. Learn to line dance – no dance experience necessary! Please bring a water bottle and wear non-slip shoes or cowboy boots if you have them. Must bring a smile and be ready to have a great time learning to line dance while meeting new people.
