Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation,                                            Executive Director Position

We are seeking applicants for the position of Executive Director of Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation (SLPR). The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the organizational administration, program & strategic plans of SLPR.  Key duties include; marketing, financial oversight, community outreach & programming implementation. The position reports to the Board of Directors of SLPR which consists of representatives from Fenton Township, the City of Linden and the City of Fenton

We are seeking an individual with professional skills which includes strategic planning, program development, task facilitation, financial management oversight, strong written & oral communication skills, and a background that includes senior management experience.

Wrestling Coordinator for the Youth Fenton Wrestling Program

We are looking for an energetic coordinator for the Fenton Youth Wrestling Program.  This is a great position for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of many and work with a fantastic youth wrestling program.
 
SLPR is hiring a Wrestling Coordinator, the Fenton Youth Wrestling program for the 2020-21 season.  The youth wrestling season lasts from November thru April.  Coordinator pay is commensurate with experience.

Gymnastics Instructor:

Candidate should have a gymnastics background and ability to teach participants at varying levels.  Applicants must be great with children. Subject to a contingency offer background check.  Please email your qualifications to Nholden@slpr.net.

 


Facility Attendant/Custodian & Event Set-Up Staff:

Ideal candidates should be dedicated, community-minded, and have a flexible schedule.  Candidates should also be 21 years or older and have some  event-set up, janitorial and facility custodial experience. Flexible schedule required depending on the event calendar. Snow removal- morning/evenings.
