Kids Yoga & Mindfulness

Children will learn yoga poses and exercises that cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, and improve concentration. This class gives kids the tools to manage stress too. Join certified yoga instructor and licensed physical therapist, Dr. Andrea Walker.

Kid’s Yoga Ages 4 – 7 years old

Yoga is the way to help encourage your child to become more mindful, find appropriate ways to release energy, and improve listening skills. This 45-minute class engages your child in inter-active and imaginative play. They will learn basic yoga postures and breathing techniques to improve their physical strength and emotional resilience.

$60 Residents/$70 Non-residents per 7 week session

Session 2: Fridays: 11/4 – 12/16/2022, 4:30-5:15pm

Winter/Spring 2023 Sessions

$60 Residents/$70 Non-residents per 6 week session

MONDAYS – 4:30-5:15pm

Session 1: Mondays: 1/9 – 2/13/2023
Session 2: Mondays: 2/27 – 4/3/2023
Session 3: Mondays: 4/17 – 5/22/2023
