Kids Yoga & Mindfulness

Ages 4-7 years old

Yoga is the way to help encourage your child to become more mindful, find appropriate ways to release energy, and improve listening skills. This 45-minute class engages your child in interactive and imaginative play. They will learn basic yoga postures and breathing techniques to improve their physical strength and emotional resilience.

Summer 2023 Sessions

$50 Residents/$60 Non-residents per 6 week session

MONDAYS – 10:45-11:30am

Session 1: Mondays: 6/5 – 7/17 (no class 7/3)
Session 2: Mondays: 7/24 – 8/28
