The golf swing is a very complex athletic movement requiring strength, focus, balance, flexibility, and range of motion. Keep your body ‘golf-ready’ with Pilates exercises. In this one-day workshop you will learn and perform specially formatted PILATES CORE EXERCISES & STRETCHES that can help you drive the ball further and help you to improve your game.

Dress for exercise, bring water and an iron.
