For those who can’t get on the traditional mat, chair yoga can offer wonderful health benefits. The primary benefit of exercising with the stability ball is core strength by focusing on the abdominal and back muscles. Using the rehabilitative principals of Pilates, this class is gentle on the joints and designed to challenge the whole body. This engaging and playful yoga class is designed especially for elementary aged-children!
