Chair Yoga

 

This practice is performed sitting in a chair for those who can’t get on a traditional mat. The class provides movement and stretching for even our wheel chair bound participants of all ages and a great program to improve range of motion for our seniors too.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

This class is designed for all fitness levels and follows its acronym by changing the focus and exercise activity every 6-9 minutes. Resistance and cardio for a full body workout.
