Stay Fit All Year! SLPR has a range of classes. There’s everything from relaxing YOGA to exhilarating POUND to energizing ZUMBA and BARRE to body toning PILATES . Whether you are a beginner or experienced, we have something that’s right for you. Including the interval training of STRONG by Zumba!

Ages 13 & up (Under 18 must have a registered, participating parent taking the class with them).

Yin Yoga

Start your day with moving meditation using your breath and gentle yoga postures to find calm. The focus is on alignment, energy flow in the body and mindfulness. Find your peace.

Our Summer Schedule has changed a bit. June classes may be held outside in the beautiful Rackham Park  – the back yard of the Fenton Community Center.

30 Minute Abs

This class is designed to tighten up your midsection fast. A great way to fit a great workout into your busy schedule. You can’t have a strong back without a strong belly so there’s more than one reason to join us for this quick little ab sculpting routine!

Bring a mat and water

Buns & Guns – Will return in the Fall

Firm those buns, hips and thighs with this intense butt lifting and leg toning class. We’ve added weights to strengthen and tone the arms too. Get results as you shape your muscles using resistant bands and hand weights.

Pilates Fitness &  30 Minute Abs

Target the glutes, arms and abs by registering for both Monday Pilates Fitness and Tuesday Abs. Two quick workouts with remarkable toning and strengthening results for a full body workout!

Pilates Fitness

Get in shape for all your Summer outdoor activities! This class will improve your game as you firm, strengthen, and tone your whole body. We’ll focus on your buns, hips, thighs and arms to improve mobility, flexibility, strength and coordination as you work out in the fresh air.

Participants under the age of 18 must have a REGISTERED PARENT taking the class with them

Pilates With Props

Pilates is mindful movement. This class progresses you through the exercises using props including the foam roller, resistance band, fitness circle, balls, barres, and hand weights. You will gain strength and improve flexibility and posture. We teach correct positioning and muscle focus to sculpt your body and we offer modifications to challenge every fitness level. The results are balanced muscular strength and a toned body.

Correct TECH Posture

Posture is the most important step to living pain free. In this class we perform core strengthening and posture improving exercises to correct poor posture habits brought about by hunching over a computer or over extending the neck by using hand held tech devices.

Open to all ages. Teens under the age of 18 must have a registered, participating parent taking the class with them.
