This popular cardio dance party has been burning calories for years and it is still a popular exercise program today. Known around the world, Zumba uses dances like samba, salsa, and hip hop as aerobic conditioning, making the class exercise in disguise. This class is fun and will inspire to move to the Latin rhythm. No dance experience is necessary.

Zumba© takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low intensity and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin rhythms take over, you’ll see why this class is exercise in disguise! Register for twice a week and save. Bring a mat and water.

Zumba and Strong By Zumba

STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Unlike all other workouts, we don’t just create moves to a playlist. Instead, we create rhythm to reps driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout in sync with the music. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training exercises synced to music that has been designed to match every move. It’s not dancing it’s high intensity interval training.

Zumba® Kids class features kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps and add games and activities to the class. This fun fitness ‘dance party’ develops a healthy lifestyle and incorporates fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun.

Fall Dance Session #2 is just around the corner!

We are wrapping up a fantastic first session of Fall Dance! Time sure does fly when you are having fun twirling, leaping, and dancing! Our Fall Dance Session #2 begins October 13th.  Register today to be part of the fun!   Please note, we will not be holding dance classes on Monday, October 16th or Tuesday, October 31st. 

Classes for all ages!
