Not everyone’s an athlete but everyone needs to find a way to get healthy and stay healthy. Fitness is more than just physical eating and exercising. In this class we take a holistic approach to help you find what’s best for you and your individual body type. Through discussion and movement, this class covers a different topic each week like ‘Explore Eating’, ‘Moving for You’, ‘Methods to Relax’ and more. You’ll leave energized and motivated with a sense of empowerment to live a healthier life.

Speed & Agility Camp
$65 Discounted for residents
$75 Regular fee for non-residents
This camp will run 2x a week for five weeks giving you ten one hour sessions. Participants attending this camp will work on all aspects of conditioning including speed training, lateral movement, agility, quickness, footwork, and sprint mechanics. This camp will include cone drills, ladder drills, sprint drills, and first step quickness. This camp is great for sports that need high levels of conditioning like soccer, basketball, lacrosse, etc. Please bring shoes for indoor/outdoor training and a water bottle.
