Chair Yoga is for everybody. No need to be fit, flexible, or have prior yoga experience. This is an introductory level course and performed sitting in a chair. For those who can’t get on the traditional mat, chair yoga can offer wonderful health benefits. It provides greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, increased energy, and help alleviate joint pain from arthritis. It also reduces stress and improves mental clarity. This class is perfect for our wheelchair bound participants of all ages and excellent for our seniors too.
