Morning CHAIR Yoga
Chair Yoga is for EVERY BODY. This practice is performed sitting in a chair. If you can breathe, you can do some form of yoga.
This is an introductory level course and performed sitting in a chair. If you can breathe, you can do some form of yoga. Chair yoga can provide greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, increased energy level and help alleviate joint pain from arthritis. It also reduces stress and improves mental clarity. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Session 1: January 12 – February 16
Session 2: February 28 – April 4 and/or March 2 – April 6
