Back by popular demand, SLPR has added the Barre Intensity program to it’s fitness line up. We have brand new ballet barres for this new program as well as new balls and bands!! Everyone is super excited. Barre Intensity takes some of the principals of Pilates, adds inspiration from ballet then mixes in functional fitness training. Small isolated movements create that toned body. You don’t have to be a dancer or have dance experience. This class is a total body work out for both men and women with focus on the legs, glutes, hips, arms and abs. Classes held at the Lake Fenton Middle School Dance Room on Thursday after school 4:45 pm and on Saturday mornings 8:45 am. Register for twice a week and save!
