30 Minute Cardio HiiT

GET STRONG! Start your day with this quick 30-minute high intensity interval training focused on performing cardio exercises to a steady beat and at your individual maximum effort. You will torch the calories as you build endurance.

Morning Strength Training 101

Whether you’re new to strength training or just feel like you need a refresher, this class is for you! 45 minutes of total body resistance training to help you build strength and improve endurance. Get personalized instruction from a certified health coach.

Morning Tabata

Tabata is interval training and is one of the most effective types of high intensity training around. Through a variety of exercises, you work out hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata will blast the calories and improve endurance.
