Strength & Cardio Training

Tabata

Tabata is interval training and is one of the most effective types of high intensity training around. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises you will get results. Each exercise you work out hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and then move on to the next exercise. Tabata will blast the calories and improve endurance.

Whether you’re new to strength training or just feel like you need a refresher, this class is for you! 45 minutes of total body resistance training to help you build strength and improve endurance. Avoid the crowded gym scene and get personalized instruction from a certified health coach.

Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility all while burning calories in this fun and challenging workout. Come ready to sweat and leave feeling empowered and strong.
This class is ideal for the beginner as well as those looking
for a new challenge.
