Morning Tabata @ Fenton Community Center

Tabata is interval training and is one of the most effective types of high intensity training around. Through a variety of simple yet intense exercise you will get results. 

Each exercise you work out hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 and then move on to the next exercise. Tabata will blast calories and improve endurance.

Chair yoga is for every body. No need to be fit, flexible, or have prior yoga experience. This is an introductory level course and performed sitting in a chair. For those who can’t get on the traditional mat, chair yoga can offer wonderful health benefits. It provides greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, increased energy, and help alleviate joint pain from arthritis. It also reduces stress and improves mental clarity.

Perfect for our wheel chair bound participants of any age and excellent for seniors too.
